Job Description

Job Opening – NON IT Recruiter only for Females (Work from Office)

Location: Ameerpet, Hyderabad

Shift: Day Shift, Full Time

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 (based on experience)


🔹 Eligibility / Who can apply?

  • Freshers and Experienced candidates (0–1 years)
  • Pursuing Degree or MBA (HR) students can also apply for Internship
  • Must speak Fluent Hindi, English, Telugu (Tamil fluency is an added advantage)


🔹 Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to jobseekers and explain available opportunities
  • Understand candidate profile (skills, interests, experience) and guide them accordingly
  • Maintain call records, data entry, and typing work
  • Convince candidates for suitable openings and build rapport
  • Support recruitment team in achieving monthly targets
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience during the hiring process


🔹 Skills Required

  • Good convincing power and communication skills
  • Typing skills (basic computer knowledge)
  • Ability to maintain records and follow‑ups
  • Confidence in handling jobseekers

Having laptop is an added advantage, AgeCriteria: 20 - 35, Planning to restart your career after long gap can also apply.
