About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of end-to-end recruitment experience, preferably in the healthcare industry, with a passion for identifying and hiring top talent.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview schedules.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and deliver quality candidates within timelines.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Negotiate offers and ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and ATS/database updates.
• Support employer branding and recruitment campaigns.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the healthcare industry.
• Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, Naukri, and other job portals.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment tools/ATS.
