Instructor

1. Qualification ITI or Polytechnic pass or Btech. 2. Administer all facilities and opportunities for students and provide appropriate coaching and guidance for student’s benefits 3. Assist students with proper data and provide timely feedback depending upon all progression in relation to homework and projects. 4. Maintain prepare and update of all records to ensure excellent academic performance. 4. Monitor and ensure policies of J.T.I and develop strategies to enhance 100 percent regular student’s attendance. 5. Prepare daily lesson plan on time and complete syllabus for students and ensure appropriate listing of all course objectives. 6. Administer and ensure firm, fair and consistent class control. 7. Supervise opening and closing of labs and workshop 8. Provide information and update the lab record in advance during training session in classroom. 9. Maintain and ensure consistent performance of all students and conduct assessment in last week of every month. 10. Introduce innovative teaching methodology in your teaching. 11. Maintain knowledge on all new trends and recommended improvement to assist students in new teaching process in line with DGT guidelines ref to digital training. 12. Instructors should make every effort to provide notice of any changes to students. 13. Instructors must provide academic units and students with accurate course descriptions in a timely fashion. 14. Instructors should use official information tools, to provide information about courses to students. 15. At the beginning of each course, instructor must communicate the course objectives, class activities should be directed towards the fulfillment of these objectives and students performance should be evaluated in relationship of these objectives. 16. At the beginning of the course, instructors must inform students about the requirement of books and stationary. 17. When instructors know in advance that they will be unable to attend particular class sessions, he is responsible for working with their academic unit to make appropriate alternate arrangements. 18. Instructor is responsible of every student’s discipline and behavior; he should inform J.T.I principal if any students conducted is misbehaving & disrupting proceedings in class room. 19. Classes must be offered at standard times and Instructors are expected to leave the classroom and its equipment in good order.
