Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as an Interior Design & Operations Associate. This is a versatile role that combines creativity with business acumen, ideal for someone passionate about interior design and eager to contribute to sales and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in conceptualizing and executing interior design projects
• Collaborate with clients to understand their design preferences and requirements
• Support sales efforts by presenting design ideas and solutions
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to ensure timely project execution
• Manage day-to-day operations related to design and client servicing
• Maintain project documentation and ensure quality standards are met

Requirements:

• A degree or diploma in Interior Design or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)
• Strong interest in interior design, sales, and operations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Willingness to learn and grow with the organization
