Job Description

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Supervise day-to-day interior works at project sites.
  • Coordinate with carpenters, electricians, painters, false-ceiling teams, and other contractors.
  • Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, designs, measurements, and specifications.
  • Monitor workmanship, finishing quality, and material usage.
  • Coordinate with the Project Engineer/Manager and provide regular site updates.
  • Check site measurements and ensure accurate execution.
  • Plan and coordinate daily work activities to maintain project timelines.
  • Identify site issues and coordinate with the concerned team for timely resolution.
  • Ensure proper handling, storage, and utilization of materials at site.
  • Maintain cleanliness, safety, and discipline at the project site.
  • Coordinate with customers professionally and communicate site-related updates appropriately.
  • Ensure any changes or additional works are carried out only after proper approval.
  • Maintain daily progress reports and communicate project requirements to management.
