Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from US customers.
• Understand customer issues and provide appropriate solutions.
• Explain company services clearly and professionally.
• Maintain call quality and customer satisfaction.
• Update customer details and follow company policies.

Eligibility & Skills

• Education: 12th Pass or Graduate.
• Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Good English communication and listening skills.
• Clear voice, basic computer knowledge, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work night shifts.

Job Details & Benefits

• Job Type: Full-time, office-based.
• Work Schedule: Night shift, 6 working days per week.
• Fixed Salary: ₹10,000–₹20,000 per month + incentives.
• Earning Potential: Up to ₹40,000 per month.
