Job Title: Technical Team Lead Designation: Senior Technical Lead

Location: Hyderabad_Skyview

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Team Lead to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Java Fullstack development and demonstrate expertise in integrating agentic AI capabilities into software solutions. This role requires a blend of technical proficiency, leadership skills, and a passion for innovation in the field of artificial intelligence.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
• Design, develop, and implement robust Java Fullstack applications with a focus on scalability and performance.
• Integrate agentic AI functionalities into existing and new applications, ensuring seamless user experiences.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to enhance code quality and maintainability.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies related to Java development and AI integration.
• Participate in project planning and estimation, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks throughout the project lifecycle.

Mandatory Skills:

• Proficiency in Java Fullstack development, including frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate.
• Strong understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular or React.
• Experience with backend technologies, including RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Knowledge of integrating AI technologies and frameworks into software applications.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Experience with DevOps practices and tools for continuous integration and deployment.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.
• Knowledge of database technologies such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
• Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven track record of leading technical teams and delivering successful software projects.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly.
