• Demonstrate strong knowledge of gold, diamond, gemstone, and other jewellery products.
• Build positive relationships with customers and provide an excellent in-store shopping experience.
• Achieve individual and store-level sales targets.
• Handle billing, product documentation, exchanges, and customer queries accurately.
• Maintain proper display and presentation of jewellery products.
• Follow company policies and procedures related to inventory, security, and customer service.
• Follow up with customers regarding enquiries, purchases, and future requirements.
• Coordinate with team members and store management to ensure smooth daily operations.
