Female Jewellery Showroom Executive

Position: Jewellery Showroom Sales Executive

Gender: Female

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

1. Welcome customers and provide excellent customer service.
2. Explain silver jewellery designs, quality, weight, pricing and making charges.
3. Assist customers in selecting jewellery according to their preferences and budget.
4. Handle showroom sales and achieve monthly sales targets.
5. Manage billing, POS transactions and customer payments.
6. Maintain daily stock records and jewellery inventory.
7. Ensure jewellery is properly displayed, cleaned and organised.
8. Handle customer enquiries through WhatsApp and telephone.
9. Maintain customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases.
10. Keep the showroom clean, organised and presentable.
11. Assist with opening and closing procedures and daily sales reports.

Candidate Requirements

• Good communication skills in Telugu and basic English.
• Hindi communication is an added advantage.
• Pleasant personality and customer-friendly attitude.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Sales experience in jewellery, fashion or retail is preferred.
• Honest, responsible and punctual.
• Willingness to learn about silver jewellery and product specifications.

Working Conditions

• Full-time showroom position.
• Working hours: As per showroom schedule.
• Weekly holiday: One day, as scheduled.
