Job Profile: Industry Helper (General / Factory / Production Assistant)

​Job Overview

​We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and physically fit Industry Helper to support day-to-day operations on our factory floor or production unit. The ideal candidate will assist technicians, machine operators, and warehouse staff with material handling, loading/unloading, basic equipment maintenance, and general shop-floor cleanliness.

​Key Responsibilities

​Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and transport raw materials, tools, and finished goods across the production floor or storage area.

​Machine Assistance: Support machine operators by feeding raw materials, clearing blocks, and collecting waste or scrap materials.

​Inventory & Stock Support: Help organize inventory, arrange goods in designated warehouse bays, and assist during stock checks.

​General Maintenance & Cleaning: Keep the workspace, machinery, and tools clean and free of debris to maintain a safe working environment.

​Ad-Hoc Tasks: Carry out general instructions given by the shift supervisor, foreman, or plant manager efficiently and on time.

​Compensation & Benefits

​Salary: ₹15,000 to ₹18,000 per month (Depending on experience and shift requirements).

​Food: Provided by the company (Free meals/tiffin as per company policy).

​Accommodation: Free room/accommodation provided on-site or nearby.

​Working Hours: Full-time (Typically 6 days a week, with shift flexibility as required).

​Candidate Requirements

​Education: Minimum 8th/10th standard pass preferred, but freshers and candidates with basic literacy are welcome to apply.

​Physical Fitness: Ability to stand for long hours and lift moderate to heavy loads safely.

​Work Ethic: Punctual, disciplined, safety-conscious, and ready to take instructions from supervisors.

​Experience: 0 to 2 years of prior experience in a manufacturing plant, warehouse, or industrial helper role (freshers with a strong willingness to learn are encouraged).
