Job Description

• Coordinate with manufacturers and truck owners to match loads with available trucks.

• Negotiate freight rates to ensure mutually beneficial pricing.

• Track shipments and update transportation details in the system.

• Follow up with customers, truck owners, and warehouse teams to ensure timely loading and unloading.

• Resolve operational issues and maintain smooth communication between all stakeholders.

• Deliver a seamless transportation experience from booking to delivery.
