Logistics Manager

JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a responsible and result-oriented Logistics Executive / Manager to manage day-to-day logistics, transportation, dispatch, delivery coordination, vendor management, and related operations. The candidate will ensure smooth, timely, and cost-effective movement of goods.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Plan and coordinate daily logistics and transportation activities.

· Manage inbound and outbound shipments, dispatches, and deliveries.

· Coordinate with transporters, vendors, warehouses, customers, and internal teams.

· Track shipments and ensure timely delivery.

· Coordinate vehicle allocation, route planning, and driver requirements.

· Maintain logistics documents, delivery challans, LR/GRN, invoices, and related records.

· Monitor transportation costs and identify cost-saving opportunities.

· Manage and evaluate logistics vendors and transporters.

· Coordinate with warehouse teams for inventory movement.

· Resolve delivery delays, damages, shortages, and other logistics issues.

· Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports.

· Ensure compliance with company policies and logistics procedures.

· For Manager level: Lead the logistics team, monitor KPIs, and improve operational efficiency.

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Good knowledge of inventory

• Strong understanding of stock

• Good knowledge of MS
• Excel and ERP systems.
• Familiarity with Ticketing
• Systems and Ticket Management.
• Ability to perform Ticket
• Tracking, follow-ups, and closure within defined TAT.
• Good understanding of TAT
• (Turnaround Time) and SLA adherence.
• Ability to monitor pending tickets, identify delays, and escalate issues when required.
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Strong documentation, reporting, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work based on urgency and TAT.

QUALIFICATION

Any Graduate. Preference for candidates with Logistics / Supply Chain / Operations qualifications.

EXPERIENCE

2–8 years of relevant experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, warehouse, or operations.

COMPENSATION

₹25,000 – ₹45,000 per month, based on experience, skills, and interview performance.

Immediate Joiners / Candidates with relevant logistics experience will be preferred.
