Job Description
Supervise delivery executives, loaders, and support staff.
Assign daily shifts, tasks, and routes.
Ensure login/log-out time updates without follow-up.
Maintain discipline and attendance records.
Monitor daily deliveries, pickups, and load status.
Resolve operational issues quickly to avoid delays.
Ensure SLA timelines are met and maintain performance metrics.
Coordinate with cluster managers and higher management.
Reporting & Documentation
Update MIS reports, shift updates, and daily activity logs.
Submit reports to management without reminders.
Ensure proper documentation for onboarding
