Job Description

Central govt Scheme titled "MAHILA CAREER AGENT" : BHIMA SAKHI for Women Candidates only aged 18 to 65 yrs


Creating awareness among customers about Life Insurance and its importance, explaining policies, servicing existing customers, canvassing new customers.

Onboarding different segments of customers.


Good speaking skills, fluent in any language (TELUGU, ENGLISH, HINDI).


Selection through IRDA Exam and offline Interview.


MANDATORY IRDA LIFE INSURANCE IC 38 EXAM and Interview after passing exam.


IRDA fees 550 plus LIC registration fees 150 and 50 for Training material


Minimum education qualification required is 10th class and above.


A salary of 7000 per month plus incentive bonus will be paid.

Commission based incentive, weekly competitions, gifts, tours.

Can earn upto 50000 per month.
