Management Faculty – Degree College

Organization: Tapasya Educational Institutions

Location: Lakdikapul, Hyderabad

Salary: ₹30,000–₹50,000/month

Experience: 1–3 Years preferred

Employment: Full-Time

Qualification: MBA / M.Com / relevant Master's degree. NET/SET preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach Management subjects to Degree students.
  • Prepare lectures, notes, assignments, and assessments.
  • Conduct exams and evaluate students.
  • Mentor students and support academic activities.
  • Maintain classroom discipline and student engagement.

Skills: Strong subject knowledge, communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
