About the RoleFinservy is looking for energetic and ambitious Field Marketing Executives to expand our business through direct market visits, customer acquisition and channel-partner development.

The role involves meeting real-estate agents, property consultants, builders, developers, existing customers and potential borrowers and generating quality leads for Finservy's financial services.

• Key ResponsibilitiesVisit assigned locations and develop the local market for Finservy's financial services.
• Meet and build relationships with real-estate brokers, property dealers, builders and channel partners.
• Generate leads for Home Loans, Loan Against Property, Personal Loans and other financial products.
• Identify potential customers and understand their financial requirements.
• Explain Finservy's products and services clearly to customers and partners.
• Follow up with leads and coordinate with the internal loan processing team.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with referral partners.
• Conduct regular market visits and identify new business opportunities.
• Achieve monthly lead-generation and business targets.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, follow-ups and conversions.
• Provide regular market feedback to management regarding competitors, customer requirements and opportunities.
• Represent the Finservy brand professionally in the market.

Who Can Apply?.

• Candidates with 1–3 years of experience in field sales, banking, loans, insurance, real estate, financial services and any other sales related field will be preferred.
• Candidates who enjoy meeting people and working in the field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to convince, negotiate and build relationships.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented.
• Basic knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp and Google Maps.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
