Job Title: Technical Support Engineer

Designation: Senior Software Engineer - Systems

Location: Hyderabad, Phoenix

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Engineer to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will possess strong troubleshooting skills and a solid understanding of DevOps practices. This role will focus on providing technical support, implementing CI/CD pipelines, and automating processes using tools such as Bitbucket, GitHub Actions, Shell Scripting, and Ansible. The successful candidate will be a proactive problem solver with a passion for technology and a commitment to delivering high-quality support.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for software systems, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
• Utilize troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve technical problems effectively.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Bitbucket and GitHub Actions.
• Develop and execute Shell scripts to automate routine tasks and improve efficiency.
• Utilize Ansible for configuration management and application deployment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance and reliability.
• Document technical processes and create user guides for internal and external stakeholders.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve support processes.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong troubleshooting skills with a focus on problem-solving.
• Proficiency in CI/CD practices, specifically with Bitbucket and GitHub Actions.
• Experience in Shell Scripting for automation and process improvement.
• Hands-on experience with Ansible for configuration management.
• Solid understanding of DevOps principles and practices.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Knowledge of containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, ELK Stack).
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in DevOps, Cloud Computing, or related technologies are a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
