Job Description
Job Title: MST / MEP Technician
Location: Hitech City, Hyderabad
Job Type: Full-Time / Rotational Shifts
Salary: ₹25000 per month + Benefits
- Job Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of Electrical, Mechanical, and Plumbing systems.
- Handle HVAC systems, chillers, AHU, pumps, fire-fighting equipment, and DG sets.
- Troubleshoot issues in UPS, panels, lighting, and building utility systems.
- Conduct regular inspections and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Support day-to-day facility operations and attend emergency breakdowns.
- Maintain service logs and report faults or incidents promptly.
Requirements:
- ITI / Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical / Plumbing / HVAC (preferred).
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in MEP / facilities maintenance.
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire-fighting systems.
- Physically fit, safety-conscious, and willing to work in rotational shifts.
- Shift: Rotational (Day/Night)
- Benefits :PF & ESI (if applicable)
