Non IT Recruiter

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced EU Recruiter – Non-IT to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience sourcing and recruiting candidates for non-IT positions across European markets, with strong knowledge of EU hiring practices, candidate engagement, and recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for Non-IT positions across the EU market.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, internal databases, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen candidates based on skills, experience, location, language, work authorization, and job requirements.
• Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates for technical and behavioral suitability.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients/hiring managers.
• Maintain regular communication and build strong relationships with candidates.
• Understand and work with European recruitment processes, employment practices, and market trends.
• Meet individual submission, interview, placement, and hiring targets.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain candidate records and ensure timely follow-ups.

Required Skills & Experience

• 1–3 years of recruitment experience in IT, Non-IT, or Life Sciences recruitment.
• Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn Pharma and Life Sciences recruitment.
• Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced recruitment environment.
