Job Description

  • Check incoming flower/material deliveries from vendors for quality and quantity
  • Keep daily records of stock and any wastage/damage
  • Coordinate with store staff to keep orders moving on time
  • Send a short daily update to management on orders, deliveries, and any issues
  • Handle general day-to-day support across the store as needed
  • Track and log customer orders
  • Coordinate flower and gift deliveries with our delivery partners, and follow up on any delays
  • Open and close the store, and support walk-in customers when needed

What We're Looking For

  • Bike and Laptop are Mandatory
  • Comfortable using WhatsApp and basic Excel/Google Sheets
  • Good communication in Hindi, and English with Telugu Preferred.
  • Organized, dependable, and comfortable being on your feet in a retail environment
  • Willingness to work across our Narsingi, Kokapet and Gachibowli stores
  • Prior experience in a store, restaurant, logistics, or customer-facing role is a plus, but not required.
