Job Summary: The Operations Lead is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the day-to-day activities of the Inventory, Logistics, IT Support, and Quality Check departments. The role ensures smooth operational workflow, timely issue resolution and adherence to organizational SOPs. The Operations Lead will also coordinate closely with the CRM team, monitor operational performance through dashboards and reports, and submit weekly updates to the Operations Head.

Key Responsibilities:

 Supervise and coordinate the activities of Inventory, Logistics, IT Support, and Quality Check teams to ensure efficient operations.

 Monitor daily operational activities and resolve inter-departmental issues to maintain workflow continuity.

 Ensure all departments strictly follow company SOPs and operational standards.

 Coordinate with the CRM team for order processing, dispatch planning, service requests and issue resolution.

 Track inventory movement, dispatch schedules, and quality check status to ensure timely deliveries.

 Prepare and submit weekly operational performance reports to the Operations Head.

 Maintain and monitor operational dashboards for real-time performance tracking.

 Analyze operational data and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce delays.

 Support teams in implementing process improvements and operational best practices. 

 Ensure proper documentation of operational activities and compliance with internal procedures.

 Assist the management team in planning operational strategies and scaling operations.

 Monitor department-wise productivity and turnaround time (TAT) to ensure operational efficiency and timely completion of tasks.

 Conduct daily or weekly review meetings with Inventory, Logistics, IT Support, and Quality Check teams to track progress and address operational challenges.

 Ensure accurate stock records and reconciliation between physical inventory and system records.

 Oversee dispatch planning and coordination with logistics partners to ensure timely product delivery and pickup.

 Implement and monitor quality control standards to ensure all assets/products meet company quality benchmarks before dispatch.

 Support the implementation of automation tools, dashboards, and reporting systems for better operational visibility.

 Maintain proper documentation, operational logs, and compliance records across all departments.

 Assist in training and guiding team members on SOPs, operational tools, and process improvements.

 Coordinate with Procurement, Sales, and Accounts teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and asset availability.

 Monitor service requests, repairs, and asset returns to ensure proper tracking and timely resolution.

 Ensure proper utilization of company assets and resources to minimize operational costs and wastage.

 Escalate critical operational issues to Operations Head with appropriate analysis and suggested solutions.

 Support management in capacity planning and operational forecasting based on business requirements.
