Job Description

WE ARE HIRING – OPT RECRUITER

📍 Location: Madhapur, Hyderabad

🏢 Work Mode: 100% Onsite – No Remote/WFH

🌙 Shift: Night Shift

💼 Experience: 1–2 Years

🤝 Interview: Face-to-Face Mandatory

Job Responsibilities:

  • Recruit OPT candidates for our company's internal bench.
  • Coordinate with candidates regarding job opportunities and availability.
  • Maintain candidate information and recruitment records.
  • Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of experience in OPT recruitment.
  • Good communication and candidate coordination skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, night-shift environment.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
