Summary:
As a Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or cloud-based applications to meet evolving business requirements. This role includes managing software releases, ensuring the stability and performance of systems, and utilizing various tools and platforms to customize solutions. The engineer collaborates with different teams to maintain compatibility across systems while adapting features to align with organizational goals, ensuring seamless operation and user satisfaction throughout the day.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become a subject matter expert.
- Required active participation and contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements.
- Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain optimal system functionality.
- Document configuration changes and maintain detailed records of system updates.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on application usage and best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (PBI).
- Experience in designing and developing interactive dashboards and reports using Microsoft Power Business Intelligence.
- Strong understanding of data modeling, data transformation, and data visualization techniques within Microsoft Power Business Intelligence.
- Ability to integrate data from multiple sources and optimize data refresh processes.
- Familiarity with using APIs and low-code platforms to extend application functionality and automate workflows.
- Capability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions using Microsoft Power Business Intelligence.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (PBI).
- This position is based at our HDC4 - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
