Part-Time Female Field Marketing & Community Sales Executive

Job DescriptionDesi Life is looking for a Female Part-Time Field Marketing & Community Sales Executive to promote our natural and traditional food products across apartment communities, supermarkets, retail stores and local events.

The role involves direct customer interaction, community marketing, product promotion, lead generation and sales.

• Key ResponsibilitiesVisit apartment communities, gated communities, supermarkets and retail stores.
• Promote Desi Life products such as Fresh Milk, Natural Curd, Paneer, Belona Ghee and Country Eggs.
• Interact with customers and explain product quality, benefits, pricing and offers.
• Conduct product sampling and promotional activities.
• Generate new customer leads and convert them into orders/subscriptions.
• Build relationships with apartment associations and community representatives.
• Visit and develop new supermarket and retail accounts.
• Participate in weekend events, exhibitions and community promotions.
• Follow up with interested customers and generate repeat orders.
• Maintain simple daily activity and lead reports.
• Achieve agreed monthly sales and customer acquisition targets.
• Represent the Desi Life brand professionally in the market.

Working ScheduleWeekly Off: Monday

• Tuesday–Friday: 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM
• Saturday: 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM
• Sunday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Approximately 30 hours per week.

Working hours may vary occasionally based on events and promotional activities.

For company assigned events that finish late in the evening, Desi Life will provide drop support to the agreed safe drop location.

• Candidate RequirementsGood communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident and comfortable speaking with customers.
• Energetic, friendly and presentable.
• Comfortable with field work and local travel.
• Interested in sales, marketing and customer engagement.
• Good follow-up and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable using WhatsApp and smartphone applications.
• 0–3 years of experience preferred.
• Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.

Salary & Incentives₹8,000 – ₹12,000/month + Performance Incentives

Performance incentives can be ₹2,000 – ₹8,000+ per month based on customer acquisition, subscriptions, retail accounts and sales performance.

Good performers can earn ₹12,000 – ₹20,000+ per month.
