🚍 Job Opening: Bus Captain / Travel Executive

Work Location: Miyapur/Bachupally, Hyderabad (Candidates staying within 10kms of Bachupally or Miyapur preferred.

🔹 Role Overview:

Join a reputed Smart Bus company as a Bus Captain / Travel Executive. This is a passenger‑facing hospitality role (not driving/cleaning).

You’ll ensure passenger comfort, manage bookings, and promote return journey tickets during long‑distance night travel.

• 🕒 Shift Details: Full‑time, Night Shifts (Permanent job)
• Shift starts between 5 PM – 11 PM and returns next morning (12–14 hours round trip).
• Travel pattern: 6 hrs up journey starts in the evening + 6 hrs return journey by next day morning.
• 🕒 Weekly Off Policy Based on Journey Duration:
• Journeys below 13 hours: Weekly off after every 6 working days.
• Journeys between 13–15 hours: Weekly off after every 3 working days.
• Journeys between 15–17 hours: Weekly off after every 2 working days.
• Journeys above 17 hours (super long trips): 1 day work followed by 1 day weekly off.

• 🎯 Key Responsibilities:
• Travel with ~40 passengers and verify online ticket bookings with valid ID proof.
• Ensure passenger comfort in AC Smart Bus (Wi‑Fi, GPS, toilets available).
• Manage spot bookings and promote return journey tickets with discounts (earn incentives).
• Collect passenger feedback, ratings, and reviews (incentives provided).
• Coordinate with drivers, cleaning staff, and support team.
• Maintain accurate daily accounts of bookings and incentives.

Example: If you start from Bachupally Boarding Point at 8 pm tonight, then return the next day morning by 7 am/8 am to the same Bachupally/Miyapur point.

Advantage for passengers safety: Within bus we have toilets, GPS, Internet access

• Cleaning boy will take care of toilets cleaning and handling passengers luggage and 2 drivers available in the bus.

👤 Candidate Profile:

• Age: 19–33 years (Male candidates only)
• Education: Diploma / Intermediate / Degree / PG
• Languages: Fluent Telugu + Basic English
• Skills: Customer service, hospitality, sales, convincing skills

Availability: Flexible to work nights, weekends & holidays

💰 Salary & Benefits:

• Freshers: ₹17,000/month + Incentives + Free Dinner + Insurance
• Experienced: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000/month (with valid experience in sales/hospitality/travel/Customer handling roles)
• Performance Bonus: ₹4,000 after 2nd, 4th & 6th month (₹12,000 total)
• Incentives: ₹3,000 – ₹15,000/month for ticket sales & feedback collection
