Technology->Infrastructure Security->Anti Virus, HIPS, IDS, Vulnerability Management, Patch Management Manage and execute patch management activities across Windows and Linux server environments. Deploy security patches, hotfixes, and updates using SCCM (Microsoft Configuration Manager) and other patch management tools. Utilize Qualys for vulnerability assessment, patch validation, and compliance reporting. Develop and maintain automation playbooks using Ansible for patching, configuration management, and system administration tasks. Perform vulnerability remediation based on security scan findings and organizational policies. Monitor patch compliance, track remediation status, and generate management reports. Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and application teams to plan and implement patch deployment schedules. Troubleshoot patch deployment failures and perform root cause analysis (RCA). Ensure systems meet security and compliance requirements through timely patching activities. Support operating system upgrades, maintenance windows, and infrastructure improvements. Create and maintain patching procedures, automation documentation, and operational runbooks. Implement process improvements to reduce manual effort and increase operational efficiency. Participate in incident management and provide support during critical infrastructure issues.
