Patient Digital Services Executive

Key Responsibilities :

• Guide patients and attendants through the hospital's digital services.
• Help patients understand how to use the app independently.
• Promote online appointment booking and other digital services.
• Explain available cashback, offers, health packages, lab and pharmacy services.
• Follow up with patients when required to ensure successful app registration.
• Help elderly patients and first-time smartphone users understand the process.
• Collect basic feedback from patients regarding their digital experience.
• Coordinate with hospital front-office, billing, pharmacy, lab, and other departments when required.

• Friendly, approachable, and good with people.
• Confident and comfortable communicating with patients.
• Comfortable using smartphones and mobile applications.
• Patient, helpful, and willing to assist people who may not be familiar with digital technology.
• Good at explaining things clearly and patiently.
• Able to work in a hospital environment and interact with patients from different backgrounds.

Languages Required:

• Telugu – Fluent
• Hindi – Fluent
• English – Basic

Eligibility:

• 12th Pass / Any Graduate
• Freshers can apply
• 0–2 years of experience in customer service, healthcare, front office, sales, or patient support preferred
• Must be comfortable using smartphones and mobile applications
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
