Job Responsibilities

IMS - Investigator Management solutions 

Title: Payment Support Specialist 1

Location - Hyderabad - Hybrid 

Job Role:

• 1-2 years of experience in the Clinical Research / Clinical Operations domain.
• Review, validate, and approve site invoices and associated costs for payment processing, ensuring compliance with study protocols and contractual requirements.
• Hands-on experience with clinical systems such as EDC (Electronic Data Capture) and CTMS (Clinical Trial Management System).
• Clinical Validation role with a focus on operational and financial oversight.
• Good understanding of clinical trial budgets, site payments, and CRO (Contract Research Organization) operations.

Qualification / Education: Any Graduate with bachelor's degree

Key Skills: 
Clinical Trials, CTAs, Project Coordination, Documentation Management, Stakeholder Communication, Quality Assurance, Compliance, Clinical Operations Support. 

Primary Skills:
    • Strong Excel proficiency
• Reporting capabilities
• Accurate data entry
• Handling payment-related data
• Good communication skills
