2. Role Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Executive with hands-on experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of full-funnel performance marketing, analytical skills, and the ability to analyze, optimize, and scale advertising campaigns effectively. Strong communication skills and a continuous learning mindset are essential.

3. Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimize advertising campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram).

 Manage Google Ads campaigns, including Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max.

Analyze campaign performance using key metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC, CPM, and CVR.

 Monitor funnel performance across TOF (Top of Funnel), MOF (Middle of Funnel), and BOF (Bottom of Funnel).

Conduct continuous testing of ad creatives, audiences, bidding strategies, and campaign structures.

 Collaborate with creative teams to develop effective advertising creatives.

 Coordinate with technical teams to implement and monitor tracking tools, including Meta Pixel, Conversion API, and Google Analytics 4 (GA4).

 Identify campaign performance issues and recommend actionable solutions.

 Manage advertising budgets efficiently and scale successful campaigns.

 Prepare and maintain accurate daily and weekly performance reports and dashboards.

 4.SEO Responsibilities

 Conduct keyword research to identify relevant search opportunities.

 Support on-page SEO activities, including meta tags and content structure optimization.

 Understand technical SEO fundamentals, including website speed, indexing, and crawl issues.

 Coordinate with content and technical teams to improve organic growth.

 5.Required Skills and Competencies

Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.

 Strong understanding of advertising auction systems.

 Knowledge of conversion tracking, including Pixel, GA4, and conversion events.

 Understanding of attribution models.

 Ability to analyze campaign data and make data-driven decisions.

 Ability to interpret performance metrics and recommend improvements.

 Willingness to stay updated on advertising platform updates and algorithm changes.

 Strong ownership of campaign performance, deliverables, and deadlines.

6. Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with Shopify or Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) brands.

 Knowledge of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).

 Basic understanding of email and SMS marketing.
