Job SummaryThe Retail Pharma Aid supports the pharmacist in delivering safe, accurate, and efficient pharmacy services while ensuring excellent customer experience. The role involves assisting in medicine dispensing, inventory management, customer service, prescription handling, and maintaining store standards.

As a Retail Pharma Aid at Dr. Cure Pharmacy, you are expected to contribute to our mission of providing patient-centered pharmacy care by supporting chronic care initiatives and ensuring every customer receives prompt and professional service.

• Key Responsibilities1. Customer ServiceWelcome customers in a courteous and professional manner.
• Assist customers in locating medicines and healthcare products.
• Direct prescription-related queries to the pharmacist.
• Ensure a positive customer experience during every visit.
• 2. Prescription SupportReceive prescriptions from customers.
• Assist the pharmacist in retrieving prescribed medicines.
• Pack medicines accurately after pharmacist verification.
• Return prescriptions and medicines to customers after billing.
• 3. Medicine & Inventory ManagementArrange medicines according to store standards.
• Replenish shelves regularly.
• Follow FEFO (First Expiry First Out) principles.
• Identify and report expired or damaged medicines.
• Assist in stock receiving and stock audits.
• 4. Billing & Store OperationsSupport billing activities during peak hours.
• Verify medicines before handing them to customers.
• Ensure accurate packing of medicines.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store.
• 5. Patient SupportGuide patients regarding Dr. Cure's health services.
• Inform eligible patients about health camps and wellness initiatives.
• Encourage chronic patients to maintain their health diary.
• Assist with patient follow-up activities as directed by the pharmacist or store manager.

• Educational QualificationIntermediate (10+2) or above.
• D.Pharm/B.Pharm qualification or pursuing candidates will be preferred.
• Experience (Mandatory)Minimum 1 year of experience in a Retail Pharmacy is mandatory.
• Experience in pharmacy chains, hospital pharmacies, or medical stores will be preferred.
• Hands-on experience in prescription handling, medicine dispensing support, inventory management, and customer service is essential.
• Experience using pharmacy billing or inventory software will be an added advantage.
