Picker / Packer

Job Summary : The Picker/Packer is responsible for selecting products from inventory based on order sheets, preparing items for shipment, and ensuring orders are accurate, complete, and properly packaged. This role plays a key part in maintaining customer satisfaction and warehouse efficiency.

• Key Responsibilities : Pick products from warehouse shelves according to order lists or handheld scanners
• Verify item numbers, quantities, and product quality
• Pack items securely to prevent damage during transit
• Label packages correctly with shipping information
• Prepare completed orders for dispatch
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow safety procedures and company policies
• Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment when required
