Job Description
A Picker Packer works in a warehouse, distribution center, or retail stockroom and is responsible for selecting, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment.
Key Responsibilities
1) Pick products from warehouse shelves according to order lists.
2) Verify item quantities and product codes for accuracy.
3) Pack items securely to prevent damage during transport.
4) Label packages and prepare shipping documentation.
5) Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or scanners.
6) Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
7) Assist with inventory checks and stock replenishment.
8) Follow company health and safety procedures.
Requirements
1) Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift items for extended periods.
2) Basic numeracy and literacy skills.Attention to detail and accuracy.
3) Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Teamwork and communication skills.
