Presales Executive

Bliss Ventures Pvt. Ltd., a Hyderabad developer since 2008 with 5 completed projects, is hiring 2 Pre-Sales Executives for Bliss One Apartments, our 3.6-acre gated community at Yamnampet, Ghatkesar.

This is not a script-reading job. We're looking for people who can actually move a customer from "just enquiring" to "booking a site visit" — and who understand why someone buys a home in this corridor.

What you'll do

• Own a pipeline of leads from Meta, Google, property portals and walk-ins
• Qualify seriously — budget, timeline, family requirement, home loan readiness
• Handle objections on price, location and possession timeline with confidence
• Convert enquiries into confirmed site visits and drive attendance
• Track competing projects in the Ghatkesar–Pocharam–Uppal corridor and position Bliss One against them on price, amenities and connectivity
• Maintain complete call notes and lead stages in our CRM
• Review your own conversion numbers weekly and improve them

What we're looking for

• Fluent Telugu; confident Hindi and English
• Proven ability to convert enquiries into appointments — tell us your numbers
• Comfortable discussing pricing, payment plans and home loans without hesitating
• Genuinely curious about the property market and willing to learn it properly
• Disciplined with CRM and follow-ups
• 1–3 years in real estate, insurance inside sales preferred
• Candidates living near Ghatkesar, Uppal, Medipally, Pocharam or LB Nagar preferred
