Job Description

PROCUREMENT ASSISTANT – CONTRACT


TASKS

• Manage procurement, supplier visits, purchasing and collection of goods

• Manage office administration, bookkeeping, invoices, data entry and product/order records

• Manage inventory, stock records, product labelling, packing, shipment preparation and dispatch

• Support Export, Import, Trading and E-Commerce operations, including compliance documentation and official follow-ups


ELIGIBILITY & TERMS

• Any Degree with moderate computer knowledge required

• Own two-wheeler/transport and local travel are mandatory

• Adibatla (Ranga Reddy) and nearby area candidates preferred

• Timing: Mon–Fri 10 AM–4 PM; Sat 10 AM–1 PM

• Salary: ₹8,000–₹10,000/month based on experience

• Work related transport allowance provided separately

• Contract: 3 months, renewable every 3 months based on performance and attendance
