Job OverviewWe are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Production Executive to oversee day-to-day production activities in our EV Chargers Manufacturing Unit. The candidate will ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining quality, safety, and process efficiency.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and monitor daily production activities to achieve production targets.
• Supervise assembly and manufacturing of EV chargers.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and production procedures.
• Coordinate with Quality, Stores, and Maintenance teams for smooth operations.
• Monitor manpower utilization and production efficiency.
• Maintain production reports, work orders, and daily MIS.
• Identify and resolve production issues to minimize downtime.
• Ensure compliance with safety and 5S workplace standards.
• Support process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
• EligibilityDiploma or B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in electronics, PCB assembly, EV manufacturing, or electrical equipment manufacturing.
• Freshers with excellent technical knowledge may be considered.
