Production Manager

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Production Manager to manage and control the complete production operations at Ricetech Machinery India Pvt. Ltd. The candidate will be responsible for production planning, shop-floor management, manpower utilization, quality, productivity, cost control, machine utilization and timely completion of machinery orders.

Prepare daily, weekly and monthly production plans based on customer orders and delivery commitments.

Ensure timely execution of production schedules and dispatch targets.

Monitor production progress and take corrective action for delays.

Coordinate with Design, Purchase, Stores, Quality, Sales and Dispatch departments.

Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machines, tools and materials.

Monitor production capacity and identify bottlenecks.

Coordinate with Purchase and Stores to ensure timely availability of raw materials and components.

Monitor material consumption against BOM and production requirements.

Minimize material wastage, excess consumption and production losses.

Ensure proper handling and storage of production materials.
