Skills Foundational->Maintenance and Production Support process->PLM Production Support process,Technology->Cloud Security->AWS - Infrastructure Security->AWS Systems Manager,Technology->Database Administration->MS SQL Server->SQL Server,Technology->Java->Springboot Key Responsibilities: Production Support & Incident Management - Lead L2/L3 production support for business-critical applications, ensuring high availability and minimal downtime. - Triage, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents across application, database, and AWS infrastructure layers within defined SLAs. - Perform deep root-cause analysis (RCA) for recurring issues and drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). - Coordinate major incident bridges, communicate status updates, and ensure timely stakeholder alignment during outages. AWS Support & Operational Excellence - Monitor and support workloads on AWS, ensuring reliability, scalability, and cost-aware operations. - Improve observability by tuning alerts, dashboards, and log/metric signals to reduce noise and detect issues early. - Support deployments and release activities, ensuring production readiness, rollback plans, and post-release validation. Java Spring Boot & SQL Troubleshooting - Diagnose application issues in Java Spring Boot services, including performance bottlenecks, thread/heap concerns, and API failures. - Analyze SQL queries, execution plans, and database behavior to resolve latency, deadlocks, and data consistency issues. - Collaborate with development teams to implement permanent fixes, improve code resiliency, and reduce incident recurrence. Authorization & Access Controls - Support and troubleshoot authorization-related issues, ensuring secure and compliant access patterns across services. - Partner with security and engineering teams to validate access changes and reduce risk in production environments. Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering/Computer Applications (BTECH, BCA, MCA, MTECH) or equivalent practical experience. - 10–15 years of experience in production support / application support for enterprise systems. - Strong hands-on experience supporting AWS-based environments and resolving cloud operational issues. - Strong Java Spring Boot troubleshooting experience in production environments. - Strong SQL skills with proven ability to investigate data issues and optimize queries for performance. - Experience handling incidents, RCA documentation, and working within SLA-driven support processes. - Working knowledge of authorization concepts and troubleshooting access/permission issues in applications.
