Job Description

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute site projects from start to completion.
  • Manage daily site activities, manpower, materials, subcontractors, and equipment.
  • Ensure projects are delivered within time, cost, quality, and safety requirements.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, contractors, and internal teams.
  • Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, schedules, and work progress.
  • Monitor project budgets, billing, procurement, and resource utilization.
  • Identify site issues and implement timely corrective actions.
  • Conduct progress meetings and prepare project status reports.
  • Ensure compliance with safety procedures, statutory requirements, and company standards.
  • Manage project documentation, inspections, approvals, and handover.
