1. Job SummaryWe are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Promoters to promote Philips kitchen and home appliances at retail outlets. The candidate will demonstrate products, explain features and benefits, assist customers with purchase decisions, and achieve sales targets.

• 2. Key ResponsibilitiesPromote and sell Philips kitchen and home appliances.
• Demonstrate product features, functionality, and benefits to customers.
• Explain product specifications, pricing, warranty, and after-sales support.
• Assist customers in selecting products based on their needs and budget.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain attractive product displays and ensure proper merchandising.
• Check product availability and coordinate with store staff.
• Monitor competitor products, pricing, and promotional offers.
• Maintain good customer relationships and provide excellent service.
• Submit daily sales reports and provide market feedback to the reporting manager.

3. Product KnowledgeThe Sales Promoter should develop knowledge of Philips products, including:

• Mixer grinders and hand blenders
• Air fryers
• Juicers and food processors
• Induction cooktops
• Electric kettles and toasters
• Rice cookers and other kitchen appliances
• Irons and selected home-care appliances

Product availability may vary by store.

• 4. Candidate EligibilityEducation: Intermediate / ITI / Diploma / Any Graduation.
• Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates may apply.
• Retail sales or consumer durable sales experience is preferred.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Strong product demonstration and convincing skills.
• Target-oriented, presentable, and customer-focused.
• 5. Job DetailsWorking Days: 26 days per month.
• Working Hours: 9 hours per day.
• Salary: ₹15,000–₹22,000 per month, depending on experience and location.
• Work Location: Assigned retail outlets across Hyderabad.
• Reporting To: Team Leader / Sales Manager.
• 6. Preferred SkillsCustomer engagement and sales conversion.
• Product demonstration and merchandising.
• Basic knowledge of kitchen and home appliances.
• Ability to work in a retail environment and achieve targets.
