Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Airbnb and Short-Term Rental Unit Manager to oversee the daily operations of our rental properties. The ideal candidate will ensure excellent guest experiences, maintain property standards, and manage bookings efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage property listings and reservations on platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com, and other rental websites.
• Respond to guest inquiries, booking requests, and messages promptly.
• Coordinate check-ins and check-outs, including providing guests with instructions and support.
• Schedule and supervise housekeeping, maintenance, and property inspections.
• Ensure the property is clean, well-maintained, and fully stocked with necessary supplies.
• Handle guest issues, complaints, or special requests professionally.
• Monitor pricing, occupancy rates, and calendar availability to maximize revenue.
• Manage payments, security deposits, and booking confirmations.
• Maintain accurate records of bookings, expenses, and maintenance activities.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and safety standards.
