⚠️ Restaurant industry experience is compulsory.

• Key Responsibilities:Handle day-to-day purchasing of food, beverages, packaging and restaurant supplies.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for quotations, pricing and availability.
• Compare prices and negotiate with suppliers to ensure cost-effective purchasing.
• Raise purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Check received items for quantity, quality and specifications.
• Coordinate with the kitchen, operations and accounts teams for purchase requirements.
• Maintain proper records of purchases, invoices, GRNs and vendor details.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment of essential items.
• Identify and coordinate with reliable vendors for regular and emergency requirements.
• Follow company purchasing policies, budgets and quality standards.
• Resolve issues related to shortages, damaged goods, incorrect deliveries and invoices.
• Maintain good relationships with existing vendors and assist in developing new suppliers.
• Support inventory control and help minimize wastage and unnecessary purchasing.
• Requirements:Mandatory experience in the restaurant / F&B industry.
• Previous experience in purchasing/procurement, preferably in restaurants or QSRs.
• Good knowledge of food, beverages, kitchen supplies and restaurant consumables.
• Good negotiation, communication and vendor-management skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and purchase/inventory systems.
• Ability to manage multiple purchase requirements and meet deadlines.
