WE ARE HIRING – PURCHASE DEPARTMENT MANAGER

📍 Location: 5-5-35/42A, Prashanthi Nagar, Kukatpally, Hyderabad, Telangana – 500072

Position: Purchase Department Manager

💰 Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month

🎓 Qualification: B.Tech

💼 Experience: Minimum 1 Year

🏭 Industry Experience: Mandatory – Electronics Industry

• Key Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate the complete purchase process.
• Identify and evaluate reliable suppliers and vendors.
• Negotiate prices, payment terms and delivery schedules.
• Prepare Purchase Orders (POs) and follow up on deliveries.
• Coordinate with Production, Stores, Accounts & Management for material requirements.
• Ensure timely availability of electronic components, raw materials and other required items.
• Maintain purchase records, vendor details and stock-related documents.
• Monitor material quality, quantity and delivery timelines.
• Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships.
• Control purchase costs and support cost-effective procurement.
• Handle urgent material requirements and resolve supplier-related issues.

What We Are Looking For

✔ B.Tech graduate

✔ Minimum 1 year of relevant purchase experience

✔ Electronics industry experience is compulsory

✔ Good negotiation and communication skills

✔ Knowledge of electronic components and raw materials

✔ Vendor management and follow-up skills

✔ Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets

✔ Ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple departments

✔ Responsible, proactive and target-oriented approach
