Job Description
SENIOR QS & BILLING ENGINEER – FAÇADE PROJECTSLocation: Hyderabad
Experience: 3–6 Years
Industry: Façade / Glazing / Aluminium / Construction
Salary: Up to ₹50,000 per month, based on experience, current market standards and performance
Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred
- Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and review BOQs, quantity take-offs and project measurements.
- Prepare client RA bills, subcontractor bills and running account bills.
- Verify quantities and measurements as per drawings and site requirements.
- Handle billing, rate analysis, reconciliation and cost control.
- Coordinate with site, project, design and commercial teams.
- Prepare material reconciliation and quantity statements.
- Track project quantities, variations and additional works.
- Review work orders, contracts and billing terms.
- Coordinate with clients and subcontractors regarding billing and measurement-related issues.
- Maintain accurate QS and billing records and prepare regular commercial reports.
- Required SkillsStrong knowledge of QS & Billing activities.
- Experience in façade, structural glazing, aluminium, ACP, curtain wall or related construction works.
- Good knowledge of Excel and quantity estimation.
- Ability to read BOQs, drawings and specifications.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Preferred Candidates3–6 years of relevant experience.
- Candidates with façade industry experience will be preferred.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Male candidates preferred.
