About the Role: USM Infra is looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Associates to join our real estate sales team.

As a USM Associate, you will be responsible for generating leads, interacting with prospective customers, explaining our projects, arranging site visits, and converting qualified prospects into bookings.

• Key Responsibilities: Generate leads through personal networks, references, social media, and other sources.
• Contact and follow up with prospective customers.
• Understand customer requirements, budget, and investment goals.
• Explain USM Infra projects, including location, amenities, approvals, payment plans, and investment benefits.
• Coordinate and accompany customers for site visits.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with interested customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Assist customers throughout the booking and sales process.
• Maintain daily activity and follow-up reports.
• Work towards achieving monthly sales targets.
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and sales activities.

Performance Expectations: Associates are expected to maintain consistent sales activity, including:

• 40+ customer/site-visit activities per month
• Regular lead follow-ups
• Customer meetings and presentations
• Target of 2 sales per month
• 
  

Important: This is a commission-based opportunity and does not include a fixed monthly salary. Earnings are directly linked to sales performance.
