Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming leads and generate new business opportunities.
Follow up with potential clients through calls, WhatsApp, and meetings.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable properties.
Schedule and conduct property/site visits.
Negotiate with clients and close sales.
Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Coordinate with developers and internal teams for smooth deal closures.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in real estate sales preferred.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong sales and convincing abilities.
Target-driven, confident, and self-motivated.
Good knowledge of Hyderabad's real estate market.
Ability to handle clients and close deals independently.
