Key Responsibilities:
Client Representation: Representing buyers or sellers, understanding their needs and goals, and providing guidance throughout the process.
Market Knowledge: Staying informed about market trends, property values, and local regulations.
Property Management: Managing listings, advertising properties, and coordinating showings.
Negotiation: Negotiating deals, including prices, terms, and contingencies.
Paperwork and Documentation: Preparing and reviewing contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining relationships with clients, including follow-ups and providing ongoing support.
Lead Generation: Identifying potential clients and generating leads through networking and marketing.
Marketing and Advertising: Developing marketing plans, creating property descriptions, and advertising listings.
Coordination: Coordinating inspections, appraisals, and other aspects of the transaction.
Closing Process: Assisting clients with the closing process, including paperwork, financing, and finalization of the sale.
