Real Estate Telecaller (Female)
Company: Lavique Urban Private Limited
📍 Location: Gachibowli, Hyderabad
💰 Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month + Attractive Incentives
Job Requirements:
- Female candidates only
- Age: 20–28 years
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales telecalling
- Experience in outbound calling and lead generation is mandatory
- Excellent communication and convincing skills
- Target-oriented with good follow-up skills
Job Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers.
- Generate and qualify leads for real estate projects.

- Explain project details and resolve customer queries.
- Follow up with prospective clients and schedule site visits.
- Maintain customer records and update the CRM/database.
- Coordinate with the sales team to convert leads into sales.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
