📌 Job Summary
Detox Ayur Wellness Spa is looking for a presentable, confident, and professional Female Receptionist with excellent English communication skills to manage front-desk operations and provide a premium guest experience.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests professionally.
- Handle appointments, enquiries, calls, and walk-ins.
- Manage front-desk operations and guest records.
- Coordinate appointments with therapists and internal teams.
- Explain spa services, packages, and wellness offerings.
- Handle basic billing and payment-related activities.
- Resolve guest concerns professionally.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

- Presentable personality & professional grooming.
- Excellent spoken English & communication skills.
- Good Hindi communication.
- Basic computer/MS Office knowledge.
- Receptionist, hospitality, spa, salon, or customer service experience preferred.
