🧑💼 Job Overview: We are looking for a polite, well-groomed, and efficient Receptionist to be the first point of contact for patients visiting our clinic. You will play a vital role in creating a welcoming environment while managing appointments, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth front-desk operations.
- 🛠 Key Responsibilities: Greet patients and visitors warmly, and direct them appropriately
- Answer incoming calls, provide information, and route calls to relevant staff
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments
- Maintain patient records and update databases accurately
- Handle inquiries about clinic services, timings, and location
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable
- Coordinate with the doctor and the calling team for consultation flow
- Accept and log payments if required
- Assist in handling walk-ins, rescheduling, or cancellations
- Provide a calming and friendly environment for diabetic patients
- ✅ Required Skills: Excellent communication in English, Telugu, and Hindi
- Friendly and professional demeanor
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets, CRM software)
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation
- 🎓 Qualifications:Minimum: Intermediate / Any Degree
- Experience in a clinic or hospital reception is a plus
- Freshers with good communication skills are also welcome
- 💼 Working Hours:9 hour
