Recruitment Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end recruitment for BFSI roles, including sales, relationship management, operations and support positions.

• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Apna, social media, referrals and internal databases.

• Screen profiles and conduct initial candidate calls to assess eligibility, interest and role fit.

• Schedule interviews and coordinate closely with candidates, recruiters/team leads and hiring stakeholders.

• Drive regular candidate follow-up from interview through offer and joining to minimise drop-offs.

• Maintain accurate candidate trackers, funnel updates and daily hiring / productivity reports.

• Work against defined activity and closure targets while maintaining candidate experience and data quality.

Candidate Profile

• Graduate in any discipline; BBA, MBA/PGDM in HR or Finance is preferred.

• 0–1 year of experience; freshers with a genuine interest in recruitment are encouraged to apply.

• Good verbal communication skills in English and Hindi; Kannada is an advantage.

• Comfortable with calling, candidate engagement and working in a target-oriented environment.

• Strong learning agility, ownership, follow-through and willingness to work in a fast-paced team.

• Willing to work full-time from the Hyderabad office.
